Hitting & Match Play

Set up 1 or 2 hour hitting sessions with a desired goal to improve consistency, develop patterns or match play against intermediate to professional level intensity and learn to approach the sport psychologically as well with specific sessions geared towards mental work.

 

Fitness & Nutrition

Work on your strength & power, core & balance, speed & agility on and off the court. Focus on tennis specific exercises and diet to compliment your style of play.

 

Technique

Record, analyze, develop and improve your fundamental techniques for your game style with drills and basket technical conditioning in 1 or 2 hour sessions.

 

Game Style & Strategy Development

This is the workshop of tennis. Mix in point play situations with discussions on game styles, specific point construction and situations, conditions and equipment. Find out how to utilize your current skills or develop new strategies to improve your game.
